The Sept. Oct. 2009 issue of D CEO magazine has a great article on the current status of Collaborative Law in the State of Texas. It seems the process works so well that the litigation attorneys have banded together to try to stop the movement.
As an entrepreneur, you owe it to your business to understand how this process may be used to resolve conflicts and get you back to what you do best.
If you have a relationship with a law firm, ask them if they do Collaborative Law. If they don't, ask them why not, and tell them you will find someone who does.
It may be legal, but is it right?
